Hello! Let me start off by saying how excited I am to run a half marathon once again with such an awesome group of people! I am so proud of all the money we were able to raise last year for student travel! San Diego was a great experience and I am most certainly looking forward to my first trip ever to Minneapolis in June! I look forward to finishing my third half marathon, after completing the San Diego Half and the Las Vegas Half this year!
As a young professional, I remember my high school days that weren't so long ago. I have the opportunity to travel and compete in many different competitions for groups I was involved in. It worries me to think that not all students will have that same chance that I did to develop and grow as young professionals. I believe in the importance of educational trips, and hope to make a difference in someone's life by helping raise $3,500 Running For Youth!
