Help Support Brad Lattin
Dear Friends,
Thank you so much for visiting my web page in support of those children that may not be fortunate enough to expound upon their education through travel and forging life-long memories. The SYTA Youth Foundation is something of which I have recently become a part, and I am very excited to run a half-marathon in support of its cause – providing less fortunate students the opportunity to travel to our country’s most historic and memorable sites while continuing their education.
Having been on several trips growing up, I am reminded of how meaningful these educational experiences can be for young minds. Additionally, working as a tour operator and experiencing firsthand the impact that travel has on students is quite humbling and equally rewarding. The return certainly cannot be measured monetarily.
Tourism runs through my veins. Working in the hospitality industry is the only thing I have ever wanted to do in life. I am passionate about what I do for a living, but I am most passionate about being of service to others.
While I have never run more than about five miles at one time, I look forward to the challenge of running a half-marathon and the sense of pride and accomplishment that will ensue. The greater accomplishment, though, will be in knowing that I have generated the necessary funds – through your support – to make a difference in a child’s life.
Thank you for any contribution you can make. Thank you for your friendship. And thank you for helping to make a difference, too!
All good things,
Brad
